The offer from best-office.eu is aimed solely at customers in Germany. We provide free shipping within Germany.
Calculation of Delivery Date
The delivery period begins only after the actual receipt of payment:

Cash payment: The period starts the day after payment is received.

Bank transfer: The period starts the day the amount is actually credited to our bank account.
Our Standard Delivery
Our products are delivered depending on their size by freight forwarding or parcel service
.
With freight shipping, delivery occurs at the curbside. The unloading area must be accessible for trucks. A pallet and packaging return is not included by default. An assembly instruction is provided with disassembled and partially assembled office furniture.
Freight deliveries occur only on weekdays (Monday to Friday) from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
As we work with different partners, it may happen that you receive your order in multiple individual deliveries if it contains products from different manufacturers or programs. This cannot be avoided as not all products can be shipped from the same location.
You can find the delivery date in your order confirmation.
Delivery Date
The delivery date depends on your individual selection of items. You will receive further details about the delivery period with your order confirmation.
With freight shipping, the specific date coordination will be done directly with the freight forwarder, usually by phone. Therefore, please provide a current phone number when placing your order so they can contact you. In some cases, you may also receive an email with additional information from the freight company.
Additional Services
If you would like additional services, please contact our service team before placing your order at service@best-office.eu. We will then create a custom quote tailored to your selection. Alternatively, you can request an assembly quote simply by clicking the corresponding button in the shopping cart. The quote creation is free of charge.

Delivery Service to the Usage Location
Delivery and carrying to the usage location is possible upon request for an additional charge (delivery time extended by approximately 5-10 working days)

Delivery and Assembly Service with Packaging Disposal
Delivery, carrying to the usage location, on-site assembly service, and packaging disposal are available upon request for an additional charge (delivery time extended by approximately 14 days).

Transportschäden/Produktschäden Reklamationen
Unfortunately, furniture can be damaged during transport. If you notice any damage to the packaging, do not unpack the goods. It is your responsibility to ensure that the packaging and the products inside are not damaged before the freight forwarder leaves your premises. To make a valid complaint, you must have any product damage documented by the freight forwarder’s representative in their presence and report it to the freight office immediately. You must include a formal and signed copy of the complaint that you communicate to us. You must also provide clear and visible photos of the damage.
If any of these requirements are not met, we will not accept damage claims as we assume that the damage occurred after delivery to you.
Once you have all the evidence for your complaint, please contact us within the next 72 working hours after delivery. Please use our Contact Form (please select the subject "Complaint"). There are no exceptions.
