Pre-Payment

Please transfer the amount resulting from your current order to our bank account. Please note that your order will only be confirmed once the amount has been credited to our bank account.

Please include the reference provided to you via email in the transfer and pay for your individual orders separately.

Have you already transferred to us? Please note that the amount is immediately debited from your account but will only arrive in our bank account within 1-3 working days. Once your payment is received, your order will be shipped within the specified delivery time.

Credit Card

We accept MasterCard and Visa. For credit card purchases, an authorized reservation of the amount is made upon completing your order. Your credit card will be charged the next day, allowing you to cancel an erroneous order within 24 hours. Please use the cancellation option in your customer account for this.

Purchase on Account

​

The payment method "purchase on account" requires a positive assessment of creditworthiness and is available only for regular and registered customers.

The purchase on account is handled internally by Best Office.

​

Your invoice will be sent as a PDF to the email address you provided. This means you must pay your invoice within 7 days after receiving the goods. Your invoice contains all necessary information so that you can transfer the invoice amount correctly to Best Office's bank account. Please keep in mind that your transfer will only arrive in Best Office's bank account within 1-3 days.

If you do not meet your payment deadline, we will process your invoice through our internal reminder process. Please understand that we reserve the right to charge reminder fees for payment delays.

PayPal

You can also pay securely and easily via PayPal.

​

At the end of the ordering process, you will be redirected to PayPal. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your email address and corresponding password to make the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can immediately create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.

Once we receive a successful confirmation of your payment, your order will be processed immediately. If you return one or more items, the corresponding value will be credited back to your PayPal account.
